As a Realtor, I make every client my top priority. They know they can count on me and trust that I will represent them with the upmost integrity while getting the best prices and negotiating the most advantageous outcomes. I was attracted to Real Estate because it combined my desire to serve people, build relationships and practice in an ever growing and changing field. No contract is exactly the same, and getting a chance to work with different people, properties and situations make being a Realtor the most enjoyable career I’ve ever had.
My husband Jayson and I moved to Colorado Springs in 2009 for his job with our two kids who are now both in college. Before that we had lived in Ohio, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and California. Each part of the United States has been beautiful in its own way, but we love it here the best!
I came to Pikes Peak Dream Homes Realty for the people and I look forward to building a strong community here.
My favorite thing to do is to spend time with family doing anything. After that I can be found riding my bicycle somewhere on the many trails in Colorado Springs or just in my neighborhood. In 2021, my husband and I rode across the state of Iowa where 20,000+ riders participated in RAGBRAI.
DESIGNATIONS
Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI)
REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. It is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
The SRES designation is conferred to REALTORS® who complete in-depth training in a wide variety of topics related to homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50, including: Senior housing options—from active adult communities to aging in place, downsizing and rightsizing, and using pensions, 401(k) accounts, and IRAs in real estate transactions.
Military Relocation Professional (MRP)
The MRP designation is for those who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.
